fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

red onion, finely chopped

jalapeño, seeded and minced

honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries and mango.
Add the finely chopped red onion and minced jalapeño to the bowl, mixing them in.
Gently fold in the chopped cilantro.
Squeeze the juice of 2 fresh limes over the mixture.
If desired, drizzle in the honey or agave syrup and stir gently.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the mixture, tasting as you go.
Allow the salsa to sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve in a colorful bowl and garnish with cilantro for a beautiful presentation.
